LOFLLY Subscription Service — Terms, Billing & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Summary — Please Read Before You Subscribe

This is an automatically renewing subscription. When you subscribe, your selected product ships on a recurring schedule and your payment method is automatically charged each billing cycle until you cancel.

  • Billing frequency: every 1 month or every 2 months (the option you choose at checkout)
  • Amount: the subscription price shown at checkout, plus applicable tax and shipping
  • Term: no fixed term, no minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee
  • Cancel anytime: online in your account dashboard, or by emailing support@loflly.com

1. How Your Subscription Works

When you enroll in a LOFLLY subscription, you are signing up for an automatically renewing program. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until you cancel it. At the frequency you select at checkout (every 1 month or every 2 months), we will automatically create a new order and charge the payment method on file. There is no fixed term, no minimum number of orders, and no cancellation fee — you may cancel at any time.

By placing a subscription order, you expressly authorize LOFLLY to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel in accordance with this policy.

2. Billing & Payment

Charges recur on the schedule you selected (monthly or every two months), using the payment details you provided at checkout. Each successful charge automatically generates your next order, which ships to the address on file. The recurring price, billing frequency, and shipping costs are disclosed to you before you complete your purchase and are repeated in your order confirmation. You are responsible for keeping your payment information and shipping address current in your account.

3. Pre-Renewal Reminder

As a courtesy, we send a reminder email a few days before each scheduled renewal so you have time to skip, modify, or cancel before you are charged. Please make sure support@loflly.com is allowed in your inbox so these reminders are not filtered as spam.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If we are unable to charge your payment method (for example, an expired card or insufficient funds), your subscription will be placed on hold and no order will be created. We will email you to update your payment details and complete payment. Your subscription resumes once a successful payment is made. We may reattempt the charge and may pause the subscription if payment cannot be collected.

5. Skipping or Modifying an Upcoming Order

You can skip, reschedule, swap products, change quantities, or update your address at any time through your online account dashboard, or by emailing support@loflly.com.

Cutoff: To ensure a change applies to your next scheduled shipment, please submit it by 11:59 PM Pacific Time at least two (2) business days before that shipment's renewal date. Requests received after the cutoff will apply to the following shipment, because the upcoming order may already be in processing. This cutoff only determines which shipment a change affects — it does not delay your right to cancel (see Section 6).

6. Pausing or Canceling

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, lock-in periods, or cancellation fees.

  • Online (fastest): Log in to your account dashboard to pause or cancel directly. Because you subscribed online, you can cancel online — no phone call or extra steps required.
  • By email: Contact support@loflly.com and we will process your request. We respond within 1 business day.

Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges. If an order was already billed and entered processing before we received your cancellation (i.e., within the 2-business-day window in Section 5), that order will still be fulfilled and shipped, and is then governed by our standard Return & Refund Policy.

7. Price Changes

We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. We will notify you by email before any new price takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of that price.

8. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are covered by LOFLLY's standard Return & Refund Policy. While charges for orders already placed before a valid cancellation or skip are generally non-refundable, we genuinely want you happy — if something goes wrong, email us and we'll work with you in good faith.
