Managing your LOFLLY® subscription is simple. Everything is in your hands.
Log in to your account at loflly.com to make any changes.
Change Delivery Frequency
Go to Subscriptions → Select your subscription → Change frequency. Options: every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks.
Change Your Plan
Go to Subscriptions → Select your subscription → Change plan. Switch between 1, 2, 3, or 4 cat plans anytime.

Skip a Delivery
Go to Subscriptions → Skip next order. Skip any single delivery without pausing or canceling.
Pause Your Subscription
Go to Subscriptions → Pause subscription → Choose pause duration. No charge during pause. Automatically resumes after pause period ends.
Cancel Your Subscription
Go to Subscriptions → Cancel subscription → Confirm. Takes effect immediately. No fees. No questions asked.
Orders already processed before cancellation will still be delivered.
